At Herbdawn, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality Ayurvedic wellness products and ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of damage or issue (photos/videos) may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Products without original packaging
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another suitable payment method.
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer:
- Product replacement, or
- Full refund, depending on product availability and issue verification.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
